# Firewall Setup

Firewall settings matter when YanusLIVE Pro sends or receives real-time data.

### Default ports

| Function         | Direction | Port      |
| ---------------- | --------- | --------- |
| OSC Send         | Outbound  | UDP 9001  |
| LiveLink Send    | Outbound  | UDP 11111 |
| OSC Receive      | Inbound   | UDP 9002  |
| LiveLink Receive | Inbound   | UDP 11112 |

### Setup steps

1. Open Windows Security.
2. Go to **Firewall & network protection**.
3. Allow YanusLIVE Pro through the firewall.
4. Confirm that the receiving application uses the same port.
5. Confirm that both applications are on the same network when they run on different machines.

### Notes

If streaming works locally but not across machines, check the router, subnet, firewall, and target IP address.
