# Tracking Settings

Tracking Settings control how facial landmarks, pose, and expression data are generated and stabilized.

### Common options

* Face tracking enable or disable
* Landmark smoothing
* Pose smoothing
* Blendshape smoothing
* Tracking confidence threshold
* Jaw confidence options
* Face detection reset behavior
* Model bundle selection

### Recommended usage

Start with the default settings.

Increase smoothing only when visible jitter appears.

Lower smoothing if motion feels delayed.
