Tracking Settings control how facial landmarks, pose, and expression data are generated and stabilized.

Common options

• Face tracking enable or disable

• Landmark smoothing

• Pose smoothing

Recommended usage

Start with the default settings.

Increase smoothing only when visible jitter appears.

Lower smoothing if motion feels delayed.
