# Recording Panel

The Recording Panel controls session capture in YanusLIVE Pro.

A session can include tracking data, blendshape values, metadata, audio, and video.

### What you can do

* Start and stop recording.
* Save tracking data.
* Save blendshape data.
* Save session metadata.
* Record audio if available.

* Record video if enabled.
* Monitor recording status and duration.

### Typical workflow

1. Confirm that tracking is active.
2. Open the Recording Panel.
3. Select or confirm the output location.
4. Enable the recording options you need.
5. Click **Start Recording**.
6. Perform the capture.
7. Click **Stop Recording**.
8. Review the saved session in the Playback Panel.

### Notes

Check tracking quality before you record.

If motion is unstable before recording, the saved data will be unstable too.
